Ready Mix Concrete Batchman

Responsibilities:

Efficiently batches product with the proper mix and water
content, making any necessary raw material and moisture
adjustments. – Batching, inventory management, communicating need
of raw material deliveries and occasional preventative maintenance
– Ensure efficiency of drivers through the batch plant – Work
effectively with external and internal customers

Qualifications:

Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or
training performing batching, blending or quality assurance
functions. – Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a track record
of performing with high ethical standards. – Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus – Ability to compute
rates, rations and percentages – Basic computer skills with ability
to use batch mixing system.

Ready Mix Drivers

Driving ready mix truck, checking loads, washing mixer top to
bottom, delivering concrete to various job sites, loading and
dumping truck.

– Maintains appearance of truck. – Completes all paperwork that may
be necessary
